o Responsibility for customer product and service standards o Fostering an environment of team work o Responsibility for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience o Greeting and thanking every customer with a smile and eye contact o Executing quality store operations o Cleaning store, small wares, merchandise, and equipment as neededo Must be able to operate food preparation machinery if over 18 o Adherance to all health, safety, and security guidelines o Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
